We want you to be completely enamored with your new fragrance; if you are not satisfied, we offer returns on most products within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and meet our safety standards for return shipping.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the product in its original box and use a secure shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
